Steven Azar
Steven joined Horizon Capital Realty in 2006 and is responsible for commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and leasing.
He is educated as an Environmental Engineer graduating locally at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Prior to Horizon Capital Realty, Steven was employed as a Project Manager for CH2M Hill Inc and was involved on land development projects focusing on water resources in the Silicon Valley area of California and in Sydney Australia, NSW. In 2005, Steven relocating back to his home state of Massachusetts and worked with a developer on the south coast of Massachusetts. Projects included a mill conversion into 250 residential units and brokering multi million dollar land development projects.
Currently Steven is also employed by the City of Somerville as Economic Developer / Planner.
David Tavares
David joins Horizon Capital Realty, as a residential and commercial agent.
Born and raised in Bermuda, David first became passionate about real estate while witnessing the great building boom that took hold in the late-1990's on the island.
University educated in the U.S. and Canada, currently living in Boston, and having worked in industries ranging from financial services to online retail, David brings with him international experience and strong foundation in customer-service.
Brittoni Famous
Brittoni Famous will be receiving her Bachelor of Arts from Smith
College in May. She is a Spanish language and Philosophy double major and plays for the Smith Soccer team. Brittoni has experience in both commercial and residential real estate. She lived in Córdoba, Spain for the academic year last year and enjoys international travel. She is in the process of learning Portuguese. She has enjoyed the transition into residential real estate and has been an agent with Horizon since June 2008.
